Nicki Minaj to Steven Tyler: "F*** Off"

If you spent any time watching TV over the Thanksgiving holiday, you probably saw the hundreds of "American Idol" promos that were practically BEGGING for you to come back and watch 'the show that started it all.' It was actually kind of sad, but I digress. It seems the network's idea of bringing Nicki Minaj to the show has been a good one, because she's a publicist's dream! *if your dream is constantly having to try to calm the waters, I guess*

Nicki's latest controversy came over the weekend when former judge/Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler questioned Nicki's judging skills on twitter. Naturally, Nicki kept her cool and didn't blow up WENT NUTS with a firestorm of tweeting, culminating with a warm "F*** OFF."

In an MTV News interview, Steven Tyler said:

“It needs to be birthed, not judged by ‘entertainment’ factors, it needs to be judged by people that [are] honest, true, that have the ‘it’ factor,” Tyler says. “Not the ‘it’ factor because they can fight. The f— is that all about?”

Apparently, Minaj didn’t like Tyler’s opinion and lashed out at him on her Twitter feed. "Steven, you haven’t seen me judge one single solitary contestant yet!” she tweeted.

She then wrote this vitriolic missive: “You assume that I wouldn’t have liked Bob Dylan??? why? black? rapper? what? go f— yourself and worry about yourself babe.” Ouch!

Loolllll. I still won't be watching AI, but I admit that I enjoy seeing Nicki get so bent out of shape over nothing.
