Usually when whatever you're doing is described as being "excessive," it's usually meant in a BAD way. Excessive speeding, excessive drinking, excessive Cheeto-eating, and in Justin Bieber's case: excessive-pot-smoking. Maybe he's been hanging with Snoop too much?

 

It's legal here in WA, but Selena Gomez apparently ain't down with Mary-Jane. So much so that sources say THIS is the real reason she split up with Lil Swaggie.
