I feel like it was just yesterday that Timberface was saying; "I just want to focus on acting for a little bit & get away from music." <-- he probably never said that, but that's exactly what it felt like. And am I the only one who thought it was a bad choice? No offense, JT, but that terrible rom-com with Mila Kunis was, well, terrible - and you weren't all that awesome in "The Social Network," either.
That being said - JT is back to his old ways. No, not with Britney, but with singing, dancing, and performing. He released "Suit & Tie" just a few weeks ago, and now he's ready to hit the stage!
From PopCrush.com:
The Recording Academy announced in a press release that the pop superstar will perform at the 2013 Grammy ceremony on Sunday, Feb. 10.
Grammy producers surely know having the singer on the lineup will boost ratings as viewers tune in to catch JT’s first televised performance since his comeback. JT will also perform the night before the Super Bowl at a private gig for a select group of invited fans and friends.
Timberlake last performed at the Grammys in 2009, when he joined legendary soul singer Al Green for a performance of ‘Let’s Stay Together.’ Justin joins an impressive group of previously announced performers for the 2013 Grammys, including Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Ed Sheeran, Fun., Carrie Underwood and more. The announcement is somewhat surprising in that Timberlake isn’t nominated and will be there purely to promote his upcoming album ‘The 20/20 Experience.’
