I'm going to shank so many balls into local businesses windows tomorrow on 2nd Ave. And hopefully be in a TV commercial at the same time. THIS. IS. AWESOME.
From Geekwire.com:
"Intuit is shutting down a portion of 2nd Avenue in downtown Seattle on Tuesday and inviting people to drive golf balls down the middle of the street. Golf pro Jeff Coston will be charging $3 for a bucket or $5 for a 10-minute lesson, and accepting payments using the Intuit solution. The company will also be filming a television commercial during the stunt, according to the Downtown Seattle Association. If you’re downtown tomorrow, the event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m between University and Seneca streets."
The only part I'm worried about is the "drive golf balls down the middle of the street." Yeah, that's definitely not going to happen.
