The unspeakable events from the weekend in Aurora Colorado has already seen many scary, despicable, and heart-wrenching images, but now: some images of hope and healing.
"Batman" star Christian Bale has proven himself to be a true class act by showing up in Aurora Colorado and visiting each victim still in the hospital hospital, and even going to the memorial site outside of the theater.
He arrived in an ambulance, on his own dime, and did NOT tell anyone he was coming. Unbelievably cool, and as you can imagine ... probably unbelievably hard.
He released a statement saying:
"Words cannot express the horror that I feel," he said. "I cannot begin to truly understand the pain and grief of the victims and their loved ones, but my heart goes out to them."
Kudos to Christian Bale.
