Did you know women make up only 25 percent of the technology workforce? Boys and Girls Clubs of America and CA Technologies believe it is important to encourage girls at an early age to get interested in the technology field. Through an initiative called Tech Girls Rock, Boys and Girls Clubs of America and CA Technologies are working together to empower girls in our community to explore a future in technology.
