Alex Clare is the sort of musician you’re glad is still being made in the basements, backrooms and bedrooms of the world. Born and bred in South East London and raised on his dad’s bebop records, Alex experimented with musical instruments at an early age. This early exposure to different instruments and genres of music is evident in his music which is lush, energetic and beyond classification. Rising the juggernaut to fame on the breakout success of “Too Close,” we’re just beginning to get a taste of what Alex Clare has in store for us.
