If it's not broke don't fix it. Words to live by, but how do you find out if its broken or not? Well in the case of a gun the answer is pretty clear. Just simply pull it out in a metro area and start firing randomly. And that's exactly what a man did last night on Capitol Hill.
Around 11PM the unidentified man began shooting at different buildings and the sidewalk. When officers asked why he opened fire he rationally explained that he "Wanted to see if it still worked."
Thankfully no one was injured, and surprise surprise he was charged with unlawful carrying of a firearm along with discharging a firearm.
