Lindsay Lohan Is Mad Amanda Bynes Isn't Being Punished

So this past year hasn't been great for Amanda Bynes. She quit acting, only to pick it back up days later, was arrested for a DUI, involved in two hit and runs, and had her car impounded for driving on a suspended license. However, over the weekend, she may have hit rock bottom as Lindsay Lohan, patron saint of good behavior, took to twitter to describe her displeasure with Bynes and her lack of punishment.

Appreciating life experiences is one thing, but perhaps she should have some regrets. No?

Also, I think what we've learned from this is that Nickelodeon has a better legal team to spring their young actresses.
