No matter how fast and how far she runs it seems Britney Spears will never escape her crazy era. Christopher Federline, brother of Britney's ex-husband Kevin Federline, brought back some sweet memories this month when he decided to file for a restraining order against the Princess of Pop.
Federline claims that Spears stole his credit card to buy $4,500 worth of Archie, Betty Boop, and Mad Magazine comics. He alleges that when he confronted Britney about the charges she, "laughed at me and told me my brother Kevin ruined her life." He then added she, "told me I have a small penis, she also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card that she will tell the world I'm the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin."
Christopher Federline says that he filed the lawsuit because although he did sleep with Spears the public does not need to know. Well, epic fail on keeping it quiet. Also, something tells me the current X Factor host making $15 million last season doesn't need to steal $4,500 for comics. Then again we've seen her do crazier things.
In the end, however, the case was dismissed by a judge two days after the filing.
