Joustin Beaver is a new game for the Iphone and Android. The goal being to, "Help Joustin’ Beaver navigate the river, sign 'Otter-graphs,' and knock 'Phot-Hogs' into the river with his lance.
Well, it seems Justin Bieber is none to happy about this and him and his lawyers have filed a cease and desist order with the company, RC3, that produced the game. RC3 not to be outdone though is counter-suing the Biebs claiming first amendment rights as it is a parody. And RC3 may just have a case, however, they decided to file the case in Florida and since Bieber doesn't live there he's demanding the lawsuit be dismissed immediately. (What?? You mean to tell me the genius minds behind "Joustin Beaver" didn't do their research before filing a lawsuit??)
Honestly, I think it might have been better for JB to just let it go and watch the game drift into Iphone app obscurity. Instead he's now made this company loads of money as the app sales for "Joustin Beaver" are way up. (Ready for the sequel. "Joustin Beaver 2: My Dam 2.0" or "Believe Beav"?)
