Win a Date with Jubal!

Using the entry form below, in 100 words or less, describe your Dream Date for a chance to go out with Jubal!

Doug from the hit series, The Bachelorette, will serve as Jubal’s Dating Coach! Jubal will have expert advice on how to screen through the lucky ladies who’ll be vying for a date.  During the evening he will hear the Dream Date descriptions, but won't know who wrote it until he chooses his favorite.

Experience the feeling of being VIP the moment you walk through the front door of Suite Restaurant / Lounge on the lobby floor of the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue. Delicious social small plates and Signature Dishes, crafted cocktails and an elegant selection of local and international wines wrapped up in lush decor.

Six contestants will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received through the entry process below. One other contestant will be selected from the guests attending Brooke & Jubal's Happy Hour on February 13, 2013 for a total maximum of seven contestants.  Contestants must be at Suite by 6pm on February 13, 2013 to participate in this contest.  Contestants will have a chance to meet Jubal.  Each contestant's Dream Date description will be read out loud at this event, but not associated with an individual.  Jubal will choose one Dream Date description.  The contestant whose Dream Date is selected by Jubal will be determined as the winner. The winner will receive a date with Jubal and a $100 gift certificate from Melting Pot. This prize is valued at $100.00. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and reside in Washington State within the MOViN 92.5 defined listening area to enter. One entry allowed per person. Time and day for "Date with Jubal" to be mutually agreed upon by winner and Jubal, and must take place within 30 days of winning.
