Annie gets a call from the D.O.T. letting her know that the state will be buying her house back. Why? Well, the plans for the Lightrail track run directly through her property. I don't know what makes Annie madder... the PRICE they offer her for the house or Jubal's condescending attitude. When will she learn... Jubal and the government do whatever the hell they want.
