Christian (Jubal) calls up Isabella to let her know that they need to switch her seat from first class to coach. But as soon as she asks about getting a refund, Christian completely loses it! NOBODY gets up in Christian face and gives him attitude. Hopefully Isabella learned an important lesson here... Christian GETS what Christian WANTS!
