Mariachi Wake Up Call

It's Cinco de Mayo and Brooke & Jubal want to give someone a Mariachi Wake Up Call.  The target is none other than Justin from the night show. It was 5:30 AM and he has NO IDEA that DJ Mayhem is standing outside his apartment in full mariachi attire  including a  sombrero and a bottle of tequila.
