The Central Cinema is one of my favorite date nights and it has everything to do with their slogan, Movies + Beer + Food. This is Seattle's only Dine-In Cinema.This weekend they are showing one of my all time favorite movies, "Almost Famous". Yes it is all happening! Snuggle up next to your honey, don't be afraid to order the popcorn with real butter and yeast on it and grab a pitcher!

This is the circus from behind the scenes! This is an insider's look at the backstage shenanigans of a troupe on the edge! "Again, from the Top!" is a show that will dazzle you with a variety of traditional and modern circus arts, including tightwire, unicycle, Russian Bar, aerial arts, juggling, crazy office-chair acrobatics and more!

4.Go Foodie!
The Slow Food Roots Music Festival is taking local, organic and gourmet eats and turning them into "festival" food treats. It's going to be a delicious time for sure, check out the menu for proof! There will also be a farmers market, chef demonstrations, art show and two stages of toe tappin' music! National, local and family musicians will give you a taste of everything from folk to blues to country. No summer festival is complete without a cold adult beverage. The S'Winery is a little patch of elegance with wine tastings and pairings with bread, fresh basil and local cheeses.

Nothing says summer like livestock, elephant ears and demolition derbies! It's fair time! The Evergreen State Fair will have everything from pig races to lumberjack show to a special Fiesta Day with Mexican music and dancing! Corral the kids and get the whole family down to the fair!
When: Friday – Sunday 10am – 10pm
Where: Everegreen State Fairgrounds Monroe
Price: $10 adults, $7 ages 6-15 and free for 5 and younger. (TIP:Friday is the best day to go. They have Free admission Friday 10am – 3pm with 3 canned food donations and unlimited rides for $25.)
